The LIFT HEXA is a single-seat eVTOL approved for flight by the FAA under PART 103 (ultralight) whereby the liability is solely on the operator in the craft. The product is designed for entertainment purposes to give citizens the opportunity to "fly."

There are no plans by the FAA to allow rideshare or multi-seat operations in the U. S. in this decade.
