7765V & 4KM1 - Australian Trains by Raysha1811 - Having done some chores in Geelong and needing to head to Bunnings and knowing the log train was coming and was rumoured to have 2 G class locos I decide I'd head to North Shore Railway Station ad wait for it. In the 10 minutes I was there I managed to watch a pedestrian cross the rail lines from the industrial estate over the other side and climb onto the platform where he calmly waited for a Geelong Bound train. I took some pictures of BL27-G539 which formed 7765V and had only 10 grain hoppers and then make this video. I have edited nothing out. In 7 1/2 minutes I have captured a Velocity car set VL1233-VL1224 on a Geelong bound trip pull in and depart, 7765V depart(Which I was not expecting) and then the arrival of 4KM1 with Pacific National locomotives GG537-G542 anda rake of about 50 wagons pass through. North Shore Railway Station. I have filmed this from the platform (Maybe platform 3) which is where the Overland would normally arrive and depart from. It all looks perfectly safe until the last train. I'm in a very safe spot, as is my camera. We are on the platform, behind the ine but by golly, doesn't it seem closer! Wednesday, 23 September 2020
Hi folks. Welcome to my channel, “Australian Trains by Raysha1811”. I hope you enjoy the selection of videos that I make. I upload regularly and even though I do my best to deliver quality footage, I upload regardless. I often place my footage into playlists for you, but not all clips end up in a playlist. I also have a variety of end screens too, which you might enjoy. Be sure to keep an eye out for them, as they often change.
I like to film trains as often as I can. Most of what comes through my part of Victoria, Australia are freight and grain trains. They are predominately Standard Gauge (1435mm/4’ 8 1/2”) and run on the main line between Melbourne, Victoria and Adelaide, South Australia. I do also get some trains occasionally along the old Broad Gauge (1600mm/5’ 3”) line that runs between North Geelong and Ballarat.
