Huge crowds gathered at Lamport Stadium on the first day of the Toronto Caribbean Carnival to take in the annual Kings and Queens Showcase. Costume bands participating in the Grand Parade showed off their elaborate costumes in hopes of being crowned King or Queen of Carnival. Narcity's Raven Gordon went to go check out the scene.
