1. Attach a V grip bar to the seated cable row machine and adjust the pin to a suitable weight.
2. Sit with your feet hip-width apart on the plate. Your knees should be slightly bent.
3. Hinge forward at your hips and extend your arms to grab the bar, palms facing each other.
4. Keeping your back straight and your chest up, drive your elbows backwards towards your hips and squeeze your shoulder blades together until the bar reaches your torso.
5. Slowly extend your arms back to starting position.
6. Repeat.
