Here is the recipe guys, but dont forget it might change in therme of your flour . Changing your supplier , brand, weather , all this can affect the humidity of your dough . so if its to dry , add a little bit of water and if you feel very sticky and soft , add a little bit of flour .
750g t45 flour
15g salt
75g unsalted butter
380 g cold water
--------
450g extra dry butter .
