Mr. Al Roker should totally come to our neck of the WOODS, because we wake up and fall asleep to the sight and sound of the grand Pacific Ocean and there are actual woods behind us. Most coincidentally, I live and work with my business partner, SherWOOD.

Wood and I recently moved to Yachats, Oregon, "The Gem of the Oregon Coast," from Tavares, Florida. We would absolutely LOVE to share the place we now call home with the TODAY viewers. (Not to suck up too much, but we are HUGE fans, and watch the show and NBC Nightly News daily!)

It would be an early, yet beautiful day for Al to wake up and report live from Yachats. During the early morning hours the sun rays peep over the treetops of the Siuslaw National Forest, while the low tide reveals the breathtaking Central Oregon Coast and tide pools. Wildlife graces us daily with their presence; elk, bunnies, blue herons, tree swallows, and eagles oh my! And maybe if we're lucky we'll even spot a Grey Whale!

If that isn't enticing enough, we live and work at a Bed and Breakfast. We manage a six room eclectic, dream home. How much fun would it be for Al to make a gourmet breakfast with us for our guests??!! We would love to share one of Sherwood's award winning recipes with Al and America! So, we hope you and your sponsors pick us!
