Frümsen is a town in the municipality of Sennwald in the canton of St. Gallen in Switzerland. It lies at the southeastern foot of the Alpstein. Sennwald is located in Frümsen. At the edge of the forest above the town is the valley station of the Staubernbahn, an aerial cable car that goes up to 1,751 m above sea level. it leads to the Stauberngrat and is the starting point for hikes in the eastern Alpstein.
