Every year they take the staff for a visit to another city, to learn more about their own country and experience how it feels like to be a tourist. Most of the staff haven't been out of the Siem Reap province, so these visits are certainly new and educational experiences.

This years stafftrip was to the capital of Cambodia, Phnom Penh. GREAT trip!! (as you can see in this video).
