PS: it was 15°F, windy, sunset, and post leg day workout. Felt like doing some extra credit work. This was 30 minutes into on & off ROKP before I decided to ramp it up and start filming. Heart rate got to 180bpm, my lungs and quads were WORKING! 🫁🔥
