As technology moves on, we’re used to hearing about new mobile networks, 3G, 4G, 5G, 6G and beyond. BT’s Networks Research Director Maria Cuevas will describe the challenges of the pace of change in mobile networks and explain how our research teams, working in partnership with universities and other industry partners, are overcoming them.
BT has been a member of the Pembroke College Corporate Partnership Programme since 2003. This longstanding and mutually beneficial partnership is celebrated annually at the BT-Pembroke Lecture. The speaker is selected by BT to present a topic of current interest, and all are welcome to attend. The Corporate Partnership Programme is unique among the Cambridge Colleges and has, for over 25 years, facilitated mutually beneficial cooperation between the academic community (in Pembroke and the wider University) and organisations.
