Human Rights Day is celebrated annually across the world on 10th December to promote equality, liberty, respect and awareness among the people for their rights.
This day is a reminder for everyone to speak up and take action to end discrimination in all of its forms whenever and wherever it happens.
It is the anniversary of the day in 1948 when the United Nations General Assembly adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
In 2021, Human Rights Day is focusing on #Equality. How rights are the beginning of peace within societies, and a way to create a fairer society for future generations.
