Step 1) Pause and restart the download
Step 2) Run this command
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal
Step 3) Perform Power cycle- Shut down your computer, unplug the power cable, turn off WIFI router, wait for few seconds and restart your WIFI router and then restart your computer
Step 4) Run these commands
Ipconfig /flushdns
Ipconfig /release
Ipconfig /renew
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
Step 5) Windows update/Streaming videos online, too many devices connected to the same network can also cause slow download issue
Step 6) Perform Network Reset- Make sure you have the WIFI password
Step 7) Use Ethernet connection
