Vorticity evolution equation was solved by Vortex in Cell method (ViC) with viscous splitting algorithm. According to Helmholtz theorems, vortex particles are moving like material fluid particles therefore inviscid vorticity motion equation can be replaced by system of ordinary differential equations for trajectories of the vortex particles. Velocity field was obtain by solution of Poisson equation on numerical mesh. Information about vorticity was transferred to the grid nodes by the high order Z-splines interpolation function with finite support. Viscosity is taken into account by solution of diffusion equation on numerical mesh by alternating direction implicit algorithm. The ViC method was adopted for calculations for external problems in unbounded domains taking the advantages of asymptotic solution of Laplace equation represented by Fourier series. The body motion was achieved by solution of vorticity evolution equation in moving reference frame.
