Fried Potato Skins Recipe :
Potatoes - 5 nos
Oil - For Deep Frying
Salt - 1 tsp
Pepper - ½ tsp
Parsley (Finely Chopped) - ½ tsp
Paprika - 1 tsp
Garlic Powder - ¼ tsp
Salt - A pinch
Black Pepper Powder - A Pinch
Instructions:
1. Peel potatoes, put the skins in a bowl of water with salt and wash them thoroughly.
2. Take out the potato skins, spread them evenly on a tray and let them dry for 6-7 hours.
3. Heat oil in a kadai, Deep fry the potato skins till they turn golden brown and crispy.
4. Transfer the Fried Potato skins to a bowl.
5. Prepare a seasoning with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and parsley and add it to the fried potato.
6. Toss it till it mixes evenly with the potatoes.
7. Serve it hot with a dip or tomato ketchup on the side.
Cooking Tips:
1. Any kind of seasoning like peri peri, cheese seasoning etc., can be added to the skins instead of salt and pepper.
