The Association of Cuban Engineers has organized a workshop that would bring together a distinguished group of engineers, attorneys, businessmen, and other professionals for an initial assessment of the needs for the economic reconstruction of Cuba. The purpose is to compile basic information about the state of the Cuban economy, legal aspects of industrial development, and specific business enterprise needs for a prosperous industrial future. Information will be described with respect to the infrastructure needed for business and industrial development. One case study will be provided in the context of the food industry
