One of the main ingredients in a stimulant based pre workout is caffeine. And of course we can use it to boost our productivity also. When you have a day of cognitive work ahead sleep for 6 to 8 hours and after waking up before watching the screen go get some sun light in your eyes so that our body will spike the cortisol level which makes us alert and awake and after 1 hour of sunlight exposure consume caffeine. this will give maximum alertness and cognitive enhancement for your cognitive endeavour!
