What is ASMR?
ASMR, or autonomous sensory meridian response, combines visual and audio cues to produce a sense of relaxation in the viewer. Think of it as being similar to a white noise machine or listening to rainfall. Many ASMR viewers experience 'tingles' in their scalp, spine, and other areas. As an ASMRtist, my videos will feature many triggers to help you feel these calming tingles. Even if you don't feel tingles, ASMR videos are great to listen to to unwind, cope with headaches, study to, and fall asleep to.
