A good driving instructor needs to have the passion and the patient to do the job of a driving instructor. A good driving instructor is who knows the learner and has the knowledge of the job and the car they are teaching. Has the listening and communication skills, and has the friendly and professional approach. A good instructor has the confidence and gives the confidence to the learner, and makes the learner learn at ease.
Sharing these tips doesn't make me a better instructor, but just sharing the experience of 20 years in the job and business. Hopefully it helps those who just became or are thinking of becoming a driving instructor.
