• Mutton Paya
• Oil – 2 Tbsp
• Bay Leaf – 2
• Cardamom – 1

• Sliced Onion – 1 Cup
• Ginger garlic Paste – 1 ½ Tbsp
• Salt
• Turmeric Powder – 1Tsp
• Coriander Powder – 1 ½ Tbsp
• Chili Powder – 1Tbsp
• Fennel Powder – 1 ½ Tsp
• Garam Masala – 1 Tsp
• Tomato Paste – 1 ½ Tbsp
• Curd or Yogurt – 2 Tbsp
• Water – 3 Cups
• Chopped Coriander Leaves
Now the recipe is as follows:
• Take a Cooker and heat it
• Put Oil in it
• Put Bay Leaf in it
• Put Cardamom in it
• Put Clove in it
• Add Sliced Onion in it
• Saute until light golden brown
• Add Ginger Garlic Paste
• Saute again
• Add Salt
• Add Turmeric Powder
• Add Coriander Powder
• Add Chili Powder
• Add Fennel Powder
• Add Garam Masala
• Saute for few minutes
• Add Tomato Paste
• Add Curd or Yogurt
• Mix Well
• Add Mutton Paya
• Add Water
• Cover the lid and cook for 30-40 minutes on a low flame
• Garnish with Coriander Leaves
• Serve
