Project 50 Is a mental toughness challenge with a set of rules that must be followed for 50 days.
Here's a list of the rules:
1. Wake up before 8:00 AM
2. Morning Routine: 1h no distractions
3. Exercise for 1 hour a day
4. Read 10 pages
5. Dedicate 1h towards a new skill
6. Follow a healthy diet
7. Track your progress in a journal
