AZAD OIL EXPELLER DOUBLE GEAR WITH REDUCTION TYPE GEARBOX or TRIPLE GEAR as it is commonly known.......

In this video we are showing and explaining how the double gear oil expeller actually runs. There are 2 Gears in the main housing body, the first gear (which is smaller in diameter as compared to the other gear ) only drives the QUIL WORM or the FEED WORM. The RPM of the QUIL WORM/FEED WORM is higher than the rest PRESSING/CRUSHING WORMS. The other gear in the main housing body drives the rest PRESSING/CRUSHING WORMS.

To run these 2 gears we have 2 pinions in the gearbox. To further reduce the load on the oil expeller gears, bearings, electric motor an intermediate Gear and Pinion is installed. This is called Reduction type gearbox or Triple Gear system.

The design benefit of this type of oil expeller is that due to the higher RPM of the QUIL WORM the feed of seed into the chamber is constant, higher in term of quantity which helps in keeping the chamber always full, resulting in higher seed crushing. The Pressing/Crushing worms are always full with material to crush. We have seen this practically that though the chamber size of the Single gear and Double gear would be same , there is always a difference in the crushing capacity. The double gear oil expeller crushes more material.
