Thanks to the huge conical grinding burr, I grind 18g of coffee beans with 15 clicks and it only takes around 25 seconds. This time is almost equivalent to grinding with the Sage Barista Express' built-in grinder.
What about taste?
If my palate doesn't deceive me because I had high expectations, there is a significant difference in taste!
With Comandante C60 Baracuda®, it is possible to grind perfectly in all ranges from Turkish coffee to Cold Brew. I have experienced that a 14 or 15 click grind can be appropriate for Sage (Breville) Barista Express. I think I will try this many times!
