On the other hand, CMC TV's "Spototeka" ("music video library") has a music video for the song "Uvijek kad ostanem sam" and it is directly made from the "Osmijeh" music video: [ Ссылка ]
So I put scenes from "Uvijek kad ostanem sam" to their original places and replaced the audio with a normal quality recording (1.02 speed for correct sync).
Last minute of the music video consists of footage originally taken from some live performance. I haven't found the very original but found some amateur music video with the same footage: [ Ссылка ]
That video is also low-quality so I used it just once in the ending, as the only aviable "Osmijeh" recording stops before the song ends. I'll be very thankful if you can find the original live performance or any info about it.
