I attended the SVR Autumn Steam Gala on Saturday 21st September.
It was like a summers day with temp reaching 25C.
I videoed 7 of the locos in total including the 3 guest engines, all who were visiting the SVR for the first time.
34092 City of Wells, 30541 & 76017, two of which failed!
34092 was withdrawn from service after successfully completing its first round trip of the day. It was repaired & was scheduled to run again at 9.30pm.
Its afternoon run was hauled by LMS Ivatt 43106.
30541 had failed that morning but did run the afternoon shuttle between Kidderminster & Arley. The earlier schedule taken by standby loco 43106.
I did manage to get two shots of the Q Class at the end of the day.
