After a hard crash, it appeared as though only the shell had any damage. After repairing the damaged shell I started getting intermittent ESC errors - while 3 of the motors would start up, the fourth would only occasionally start. Thinking it was a motor problem, I swapped motor 1 (that didn't work) with motor 3 to see the results. This video shows the results: The other 3 motors turn (which includes what was thought to be the "bad" motor). The "good" motor in the position that didn't work previously, now does not work. I'm guessing now that it's an ESC problem.

Interesting side note in the video. The "bad" motor is where the constant BEEP - BEEP - BEEP come from. Turning that motor changes the sound of the pitch as seen in the video.
