Cable Rear Delt Row / Archer Row - my very own exercise
I made this when i realised the only rear delt exercise that stretches the rear delt theough its entire ROM is the cross-body cable reverse flys.
This exercise was ok but awkward and hard go load effecneitly. By turning it into a row, you can load it much more, creating a strong DEEP upper back and R delt stretch = way more gains / growth / hypertrohpy
My upper back and rear delts blew up from these giving me new stretch marks at 15 years training….. dropped all other upper back and rear delt exercises too
