At around 12:20am a deputy patrolling the area observed a vehicle that was unable to maintain its lane.
the deputy attempted to stop the vehicle but the driver fled.
after a short pursuit the vehicle came to a stop on N Citrus.
the driver Was detained and after a DUI investigation, he was placed under arrest.
