Hi. I'm Harry Hall and I'd like to welcome to you the Perform Qualitative Risk Analysis Course. This course will also be helpful to individuals preparing for the PMP and PMI-RMP Exams.

To get the most from this course and help you prepare for the exam, you will need a copy of the Project Management Body of Knowledge - 6th Edition. I encourage you to read (at least skim) Chapter 11 on Project Risk Management. Carefully read and study 11.3 Perform Qualitative Risk Analysis before starting the next video and after you've completed the course. Repetition helps to move the information from your short-term memory to long-term memory.
