welcome home! sharing my full apartment tour on the upper west side in manhattan, new york including my rent price as a reference for those looking. location, location, location! what really sold me on this apartment was the prime location: the park out my doorstep, the express train 2 blocks up from me, and how quiet this neighborhood was. i had to compromise on say, sanitary living situation a la the mouse problem, but the park was worth it. if you'd like me to make a video diving deep into finding an apartment in the city, let me know in the comments!
