Piona feels guilty.
When her daughter caught a cold
Piona blamed herself for not forcing her to go out with a sweater.
When her husband was fired from his job
Piona felt that if only she had supported him more ...
When it rained in the middle of a sunny day
She was angry at herself for not thinking about putting the laundry in on time
And even when her mother (twisted her nose when she) came to visit,
Piona blamed herself for not cleaning enough
When Piona was a child
She would hear her parents arguing
and always felt it was her fault
when they finally separated
She Punished herself by not eating for a week-
Because that's what a girl deserves when causing her parents to break up...
The constant guilt is a burdensome for Piona
Its not easy carrying guilt for all your life.
If only she could forgive herself a bit
Then maybe she could
Rest a little….

From guilty to forgiveness
I am doing my best
Bach Flowers essence no. 24- Pine.
This card reminds us about self-forgiveness, accepting our own weaknesses and releasing the blame that is locked inside of us. It encourages us to reduce self-criticism and self-judgment, and to separate between responsibility and guilt.
It teaches us that we are worthy of forgiveness.
