The Coomera River Weir is a fascinating place and is abundant with wildlife. I managed to trap a few types of Gudgeon and also the fish I came looking for, Crimson Spotted Rainbowfish.

All in all it was a great adventure for the morning until the summer sun got way too much and the place just got too busy to do anything.
