For our servo assemblies, we rely on a unique connection process: First we crimp the individual wires of the cable and the connectors. We do not shorten the cable shielding but push it back and press it together with the housing. This creates a 360-degree contact, allowing us to improve the electromagnetic shielding effect by 400 percent (6dB) compared to conventional solutions and reduce the risk of electromagnetic interference with the electronics.
