First Suite in Eb was originally written in 1909. The Virtual Band 3.0 performs all three movements: Chaconne, Intermezzo, and March.

This piece was recorded individually by each performer in isolation at their home and/or practice space using their cell phone, tablet, desktop, or laptop. The performer then submitted their video, and it was mixed and edited to the grand total of approximately 112 separate tracks spread amongst the three movements.

While mostly located in Michigan, performers from Oklahoma, Wisconsin, and New York were also represented. We hope you enjoy our tribute to one of the greatest wind band pieces written.
