Tindora fry/Dondakaya fry in restaurant style
Tindora fry is yummy and tasty side dish for any curry like sambar,dal etc. In this video Tindora fry is prepared in restaurant style and explained in very simple manner.
Ingredients:
Tindora-250 gms (cut them into long slices)
Gram flour-2 tb sp
Corn flour-1 tb sp
Curry leaves-little
Salt-for taste
Red chilli powder-1 tb sp
Ground nuts-4 tb sp (as you wish)
Oil-for deep fry
Turmeric-1/4 t sp
Tempering seeds-1 tb sp
Preparation:
1.In a bowl add salt, gram flour, corn flour, sliced tindora, turmeric, half of red chilli powder and mix well.
2.In a pan pour oil for deep fry, after oil is hot add this stuffed tindora one by one and fry them till they turn into golden brown color on medium flame.
3.Now take all these fried tindora into one plate and keep aisde.
4.In another pan add 1 t sp of oil,ground nuts and fry them little.
5.Now add tempering seeds ,curry leaves fry for little more.
6.Now add fried tindora to this mixture ,remaining chilli powder ,mix well and sauté for about 1 to 2 min.
7.Now enjoy this tindora fry with sambar,dal etc.as side dish.
