0.3 - 20 mm (0.011 - 7/8") Edge material thickness; 8 - 60 mm (0.3' - 2.375") panel thickness; 160 mm (6.375") min. panel length and 70 mm (2.75") min. panel width.
High flexibility is achieved as all edge materials can be processed: 0.3 mm melamine, up to 3 mm ABS, PP, PVC and wood as coil material.
Solid wood strips and veneer strips up to 12 mm are fed in individually and up to 20 mm from the package. Even veneer strips of up to 1 mm can be fed from the package.
For perfect high-gloss parts, important components such as the motor-driven top pressure and the automatic adjustment of the glue joint scrapers are used.
Special tracing elements are ideal for processing of acute-angled or obtuse-angled parts or parts with hinge holes and transversal grooves.
Variable Production Feed Speeds from 16 - 30 MPM (52 - 98 FPM).
