In a recent interview, Russell T Davies tried to assuage the fears of people who still like modern Dr Who, telling them there's still a chance the show can be renewed for a third season with Disney. But the numbers don't look good for him as Whovians drop the show left and right, and even discussing this topic is acknowledging that there is a real problem. If the show were anything other than disastrous, there wouldn't even be a controversy surrounding this topic.
