Welcome back gang. I recently saw a little video on the internet showing how to make cilantro soup, and I had to try it. Here it is. It's awesome.
Here's what you'll need:
-2 cups fresh cilantro
-3 cloves of garlic
-3 cups of chicken stock
-Olive oil
-Salt to taste
-Slice of bread
-1 egg
Toss the cilantro, garlic, olive oil and salt into a mortar and pestle, and smash it up into a fine paste.
Now bring the chicken stock to a boil and turn off the heat. Spin the water to create a vortex and then drop your egg in there. Wait three minutes then pull it out. Spoon some of that cilantro paste into a bowl, then ladle in the stock. Place a slice of bread on top along with the poached egg. Little pinch of gochugaru, then dig in!
