This was one of the most impossible Macro shoots I ever had. When I woke up in the morning skies were cloudy, there was no wind and it seemed like a perfect day for macro photography right? I packed an Intrepid 4x5 camera and a brand new Zebra Dual Glass Dry Plate holder loaded with Zebra ISO 2 glass Dry Plates. After two weeks of rain nature bursted into life and put on her green dress. If you follow this channel you know that I am in love with nature and that it inspires me like nothing else. This time I wanted to take a macro shot of baby ferns that are just starting to unravel their delicate leaves. In the early stage they are packed in beautiful spiral shaped form and this is what I was after. I hiked, I filmed, I set everything up and then the weather started to take things in its own hands.
