Today's workout was a grind. I stayed up late last night watching Finland vs. Slovakia in the Hockey Junior World Championship, so energy levels were far from ideal after work. Since I skipped the gym on Wednesday after New Year's Eve, today felt mandatory—and despite everything, the workout got done.
Here’s what was on the menu:
🔹 High-bar squat: 3x4 @ 165 kg
🔹 Pause squat: 3x3 @ 135 kg
🔹 Deadlift: 3x3 @ 215 kg
🔹 Romanian deadlift: 3x8 @ 170 kg
I had RKC planks planned too, but I just didn’t have anything left in the tank for them.
