We have previously covered the Mosasaur family, in the case of it's namesake the Mosasaurus. But this family was filled with plenty of other monsters to analyze. For example, the Tylosaurus. A true monster in size and power, the Tylosaurus was a creature to be feared, roaming the inland seas of North America and serving as the apex predator of it's home. But how did Tylosaurus rise to the top of it's food chain? Was this creature truly uncontested, or simply a large fish in a small pond? Let's find out!
