Former President Donald Trump is heading to Texas for his first public campaign event in the state since receiving the Republican nomination to sit down with the most listened-to-podcaster in the country. Trump is holding a news conference in Austin on Friday and meeting with podcaster Joe Rogan at his studio in the same city, creating another opportunity for the GOP presidential nominee to highlight the hypermasculine tone that has defined much of his 2024 campaign.
