This simple tote features a secure recessed zip, a technique that can be used in many styles of bag. No pockets for this one but they can be added if you wish.
Instead of boxing the base this one has darts to give it shape.
I’ve used a linen/canvas outer fabric, [Mulberry Trees red] and Burgundy cotton lining, with H640 fusible fleece to stabilise.

Four lining pieces for the zip panel each measuring 10.5” x 1.5” [27cm x 4cm]
One lining piece for the zip end tab measuring 2” x 2” [5cm x 5cm]
