Accessories are items used to customise a dragon’s appearance. Accessories come in sets and can be changed by moving their position, re-sizing them, or by rotating them, all by using X, Y, and Z coordinates. Accessories are purchasable in the Undercity's Accessories building, located in the Magic District, and left from the world teleporter. The building also allows recycling multiple accessories of a low tier to gain a random accessory of a higher tier. Events and Seasons can have accessories as rewards, albeit in low quantities.

Dragons can only wear two of a wardrobe set at a time, which can be increased to 3 accessories per body part with the Multi-Accessory gamepass. Equipping a new accessory will remove the previous secondary accessory. The same accessory also can't be worn by two different dragons, and players will need to obtain the same accessory twice if they want to use it twice.

Players can delete accessories by going to their inventory, selecting "accessories", and choosing the accessory they wish to delete. Clicking the red "delete" button will finalize it.
