The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh's Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) is a long-standing quality assurance evaluation. The MFDS is a globally recognized dental credential that certifies completion of foundation/basic postgraduate dental training. It allows dental graduates to demonstrate that they have gained knowledge, understanding, and clinical competence during their Dental Foundation Training.
