Speakers: UW President Ana Mari Cauce, VP for OMA&D and University Diversity Officer Rickey Hall, Charles E. Odegaard award recipient Frank Irigon, EOP Director Luz Iniguez, Student Speaker Titus Kariuki and Live Music from Chapter 5
Welcome to Celebration, the UW's signature event recognizing diversity, equity and inclusion hosted by the Office of Minority Affairs & Diversity and the Friends of the Educational Opportunity Program (EOP).
You will hear directly from students on how scholarships and EOP programming make all the difference for their UW experience. Each year through partnerships, giving and an online auction, we raise scholarship funding to support first-generation, low-income and underrepresented minority students.
This scholarship fundraiser honors the academic excellence of EOP students and the Charles E. Odegaard Award recipient.
