DISCLAIMER: This is a quick fix that doesn't last. I recommend masking and spraying with a few light coats of Rust-Oelum Universal Satin Black, which doesn't take much longer to do and will last for years and years.
Anyway, here's the quick fix: You can do all 4 in 30 minutes. 1st clean it, then grab a heat gun and go slow & steady. I recommend removing the rubber trim pieces between the flares and the body.
No paint, masking, or other products necessary. The heat restores the unpainted surface of the plastic.
You can spray a clear coat on it if you want it to last longer, or just use your heat gun again in a few years.
