Ingredients are; 10 lemon, 5 cups of sugar, one large ginger root, 1 L water. Half a cup fruit pectin.
You will also need a greater, a sharp knife and a sterilized glass jar with a tight lid.
First grade thinly all of the lemons and the ginger. In a large pot, boil the water and the sugar till the sugar is completely dissolved . Add the lemon zest and ginger and bring again to a boil. Add the lemon flesh and the pectin and keep steering. once it’s boiling again, reduce the heat and cook for an additional half an hour.
Remove from heat and let cool. Fill your jar and close tightly with the lid. Now store in the fridge for at least one week before consuming.
