Mother Teresa's body will be carried on the same state funeral gun carriage that bore Mahatma Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru, it was announced on Wednesday (10/9). Mother Teresa will be given a gun salute of 36 volleys by 12 riflemen outside her Missionaries of Charity headquarters in central Calcutta before her burial in the building, known as Mother House.
