This was actually one of our most expensive months ever 😅
A lot of people think you have to be wealthy to afford van life, but that’s simply not true. We chose this lifestyle specifically because we struggled with the cost of living crisis, so we worked multiple jobs over the course of a year living in a tiny apartment, and poured all of our savings into our home on wheels. We already lived a fairly simple life before moving into our van, but we still managed to reduce our monthly spending by half! 🌿
We’ve actually been spending quite a bit more in the UK because everything is more expensive compared to mainland Europe, so we’re looking forward to living even more cheaply from next month! 🚌
