Gas Oven Tandoori Chicken Recipe
It mostly started with "mom can you please make some Tandoori Chicken" while the OTG decided to say "don't you dare touch me Debjani!" and tandoor for sure not the option! The gas oven decided to take the mess and I ended on making Tandoori Chicken on a gas stove. Conventional- no; can be made without an oven- yes and taste-wise good-yes are all I can say about this recipe.
